Dr Vaidehi Ulaganathan
Dr. Vaidehi is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Applied Sciences at UCSI University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition and Nutrigenomics. As a registered Nutritionist under Allied Health Professional Malaysia, she actively contributes to the community by promoting healthy eating and lifestyle. She started her journey with HCI since 2020 and her collaboration with HCI led to the successful organization of a two-day event, UCSI SHINE, at Berjaya Times Square in February 2023, reaching over 10,000 learners and effectively promoting a healthier way of living.
With extensive academic experience since 2017, Dr. Vaidehi has made significant contributions to her field. She has published a total of 40 journal articles, authored 4 books, and contributed to over 60 proceedings. Her remarkable achievements include winning several distinguished awards, such as Best Scientific Oral Presentation awards, the Global Nutrition Early Career Scholar Award from the US, and the Women Excellence in Nutrition award from Singapore. Notably, she was honored with the 2023 Reimagine Education World QS Award, showcasing her commitment to excellence in education and research

Dr Adriana Ortega
Dr Adriana Ortega is a psychologist, health coach, and academic with expertise in Industrial/Organisational and Occupational Health Psychology. She brings over two decades of interdisciplinary experience across Malaysia, the UK, Denmark, and Venezuela, focusing on work-life balance, Gen Z workforce fit, and workplace well-being in diverse, hybrid environments.
As a Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, she designs and delivers industry-relevant psychology courses that integrate evidence-based pedagogy, authentic assessment, and applied research. She is also an Associate Executive Coach and a certified Health Coach, committed to advancing mental well-being, leadership, and organisational health.
A passionate advocate for equity, Dr Ortega serves as Advisor to the Women’s Empowerment Network at Monash University, where she supports initiatives on gender leadership and professional development.
